Stalham is 2.5 miles for shopping and day boat hire or a little further away is Wroxham. Sandy beaches at Sea Palling or Mundesley are within 3 miles. Leisure facilities: free use of private fishing lake 20 yds from property also included is a permit for St George s Fisheries 50 yds away which are well stocked with a variety of fish such as Roach Rudd Trench Bream and Carp. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with flatscreen TV and DVD/video and patio doors. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer electric oven/hob and microwave. Utility room: shared with washing machine for small charge of 2.
